With 12 years of diversified experience in the e-commerce industry, I've had my hands on everything from fashion and furniture to beauty products, digital and board games, and loyalty programs. For the past two years, I've shifted my focus to the food and grocery delivery sector, taking on the role of lead product designer. My responsibilities range from conducting research to execution, and I thoroughly test hypotheses and assumptions along the way. I take great pleasure in enhancing work processes and discovering methods to foster greater visibility and collaboration among teams.
